Returns and Refunds

Dear Daydream accepts eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Products must be unopened and unused to qualify for an ordinary return.

How to request a return

Email info@deardaydream.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back.

Return address and postage

After your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label and the authorized return address.

You are responsible for the return-label postage cost, which will be deducted from your refund. You do not pay this cost upfront.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we approve your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, contact info@deardaydream.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos of the item and packaging when available so we can review the issue and provide instructions.

Your rights

The ordinary-return condition and return-postage terms above do not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
